I like the location that is close to airport and UNM. It’s very clean and the hot water is strong. Front desk lady is very friendly and helpful. She gave me a direction of UNM and helped an older customer to find coffee. The pumpkin cookies in the Hallway are yummy!

pet friendly hotel, with a small turf area. Rooms were spacious enough. breakfast was standard. Plenty of parking. Had guest laundry which came in super handy after a long time on the road.

It's almost excellent, as we enter the room,it smells good, sheets are clean, and the bathroom sink is wide, which is great. The Dove hand wash,body wash,shampoo, and lotion are all in there,which is excellent! The only thing is the floor. It wasn't map/cleaned, and the bathroom tub too. Breakfast food is good! The guy putting the food is very friendly.

The desk, chair and lounge chair in the room improved amenity. The spacious of the bathroom. & ice down the hallway, The provision of breakfast and the good dinner recommendations. Plus the TV downstairs in the public lounge and dinning area - nice to have iv the rest of your family want to sleep!

good coffee and breakfast. Clean, well run good staff. I like you have the soaps and shampoos in reusable bottles on wall mounts and that you don't have to waste plastic to give out all the little bottles anymore. Good move! Appreciated.

1) breakfast is okay, nothing special but at least it is hot. And, unlike other Holiday Inns during our journey, the pancake maker was not broken! :) 2) free parking; 3) nice room, clean and cozy

I stayed overnight after a long international flight and found the room to be very comfortable and relaxing. The bed was wonderful. I was only there a few hours before continuing my journey so I didn't have breakfast or use other facilities there. Basically, I fell into bed, slept soundly, got up early, and left. Conveniently located near the airport with adequate parking.
